Community Check
Remote and fixed in scope: you fill in a short questionnaire and hand me channel access, I spend half a day in your community, then we talk for 90 minutes. You keep a one-pager with the five biggest fixes, and the two fastest ones we ship together, live in the call.
Five hours a month: async support in your Discord and channels, one call, one short report. Cancel monthly. A pro looking over your shoulder, without agency prices.
A focused 90-minute review of your channels, a one-pager with the three biggest gaps, and a call to walk through it together. The fastest way to find out where your community stands, and whether more makes sense.
All prices are final. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act, no VAT is charged. Exact scope is always tailored: the discovery call is free and without obligation.

ReKaiku is a founder-operated studio for community management in games. I build communities from zero, grow them and keep them healthy: Discord architecture, moderation and player programs, creator relations, and the systems that carry all of it through Early Access, launches, live service and the quiet weeks between updates.
For studios and publishers it's the Community Health Check: a fixed-scope review of your community for €490, a one-pager with the three biggest gaps, and a call to walk through it. Indie teams start with the €200 gamescom edition, 10 slots for September. After either one we both know whether ongoing support makes sense.
With me, Kevin. Strategy and execution come from one person, no handoffs, no account managers. Kim supports social media production as a junior, working right next to me, and where a project needs additional skills (design, video, development), I bring in trusted freelancers. Direction and responsibility stay with me.
For studios and publishers: the Community Health Check is €490, retainers run €1,900/month (~20 hrs) and €3,500/month (~40 hrs), projects at a day rate from €640. For indie teams: the gamescom edition of the check is €200 (10 slots, bookable until September 30, afterwards €290) and ongoing Indie Care is €500/month. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act I don't charge VAT, so every price is final.
After a free discovery call you get a concrete proposal within a few days; execution typically starts within one to two weeks. For time-critical projects, a launch, an event, gamescom, it can be faster.
Games are the focus, on purpose, from a two-person indie team to a publisher portfolio. If you're a tech product with a real community and think it fits, ask. Games come first though.
Because you get the person who actually does the work, with the overhead of exactly zero meetings between you and them. A small studio is honest about capacity, fast in decisions, and scales through a network, not through headcount.
