What I do

Build it, grow it, keep it healthy.

Every pillar works on its own. Together they form the engine: strategy, systems and execution from one person who stays on the project.

Pillar 01

Community Building

You can't fake community. You can only make it easy to stay.

Every community starts at zero. I design the Discord, set the tone, build the first structures and rituals, and get the first hundred members talking. Works the same whether your game is a wishlist page or already live.

  • Discord architecture: channels, roles and an onboarding that explains itself
  • Tone, rules and first rituals that give people a reason to post
  • Playtest and feedback structures that feed development instead of drowning it
  • Seeding and hosting the first hundred members until the room carries itself

In practice: One playtest hub instead of five dead servers →

Pillar 02

Community Growth

The right twenty creators beat two hundred random keys.

Growth that comes out of the community itself: creator relations with people who already love games like yours, player programs, events, and systems that make all of it repeatable instead of a one-off push.

  • Creator relations: finding partners who already love games like yours, and keeping them
  • Player programs: ambassadors, event hosts, moderators grown from the community
  • Community events, from game nights to creator showcases
  • Early Access and launch support when the game goes public

In practice: A creator program built to run lean →

Pillar 03

Community Health

A healthy community survives the quiet weeks.

Moderation that holds, reporting that gets read, and a community that stays warm between two updates. This is the part most teams only notice once it's missing: sentiment, safety, and the regulars who keep the lights on.

  • Moderation guidelines that hold up under pressure
  • Reporting that gets read: what happened, what it means, what happens next
  • Sentiment tracking and early warnings before something boils over
  • Care for the regulars who carry the community between updates

In practice: Out of Time, held together through a content drought →

The 4 O’s

A continuous cycle of community growth

01

Observe

Read first: your channels, your players, what they praise and what they fight about.

02

Organize

Turn that into a plan with owners, formats and a weekly rhythm.

03

Operate

Do the work: posts, moderation, programs, reports.

04

Optimize

Keep what works, cut what does not, repeat.

How I work

From strategy to systems to sustainable growth

Level 01

Strategy

First I learn your game, your players and what the community is supposed to carry. Then we decide what to build, and just as important, what to skip.

Level 02

Systems

Then I set up the machinery: moderation guidelines, content pipelines, onboarding, reporting. Set up once, running every week.

Level 03

Growth

And then we grow it: creator relations, player programs, events, all backed by reporting you can act on.
